About Beth

From Corporate Executive to Executive Coach

I’m Beth, an ICF-certified Executive Coach known as The Growth Mindset Coach for Executives. I help senior leaders reframe limiting mindsets, develop new leadership behaviors, and inspire high-performing, purpose-driven teams. My coaching is rooted in neuroscience, positive psychology, and assessment-driven insight—designed to unlock growth, build influence, and drive transformation.

With 35 years of corporate experience, including leadership roles in Strategic Marketing, Innovation, and Commercial Capabilities at The Coca-Cola Company, I understand the complexity of business and leadership at scale. I bring this strategic and operational depth—along with an MBA and a PCC credential from the International Coach Federation—to every coaching engagement.

As your thought partner and accountability coach, I challenge assumptions and illuminate blind spots—because that’s where the most powerful growth happens. I create a safe, energizing space where leaders explore, stretch, and build the confidence to lead with intention and impact.

Helping Leaders Grow

As executive coach, I provide leaders with an understanding of their strengths, challenges, and underlying motivations based on capability assessment, 360 stakeholder interviews, and personality based instruments. By empowering clients with insights into how they are perceived as leaders, and setting goals to shift habits and behaviors, I inspire them to create new opportunities for themselves, their teams and the business.

My coaching philosophy is clear - the fundamental premise of coaching is that the answers are within you. I help you understand the strengths that propel you forward and what’s holding you back from realizing your full potential. I challenge you to explore deeply, bringing awareness to the forefront, enabling you to make conscious choices to build new habits and behaviors to accelerate your potential and flourish.

Reading list

Recommend reading for inspiration in the areas of organizational growth mindset, agile methodology, and the neuroscience of positive change. Great leaders never stop learning!

Hit Refresh, Satya Nadella - CEO Microsoft

"Ideas excite me" Nadella explains. "Empathy grounds and centers me." Hit Refresh is a set of reflections, meditations, and series of recommendations presented as algorithms from a principled, deliberative leader searching for improvement - for himself, for a storied company, and for society. At the core, Hit Refresh, is about us humans and the unique quality we call empathy, which will become ever more valuable in a world where the torrent of technology will disrupt the status quo like never before.

The Agility Shift, Pamela Meyer

Creating Agile and Effective Leaders, Teams, and Organizations.

The agility that business consultant and instructor Pamela Meyer advocates can help companies respond to change and challenges with speed and confidence. Agility turns threats into opportunities, values progress over perfection, trust and coaching over power and control, and rapid adaptation over following a plan.

Mindset, Dr. Carol Dweck

The new psychology of success. How we can learn to fulfill our potential.

This book has a simple premise: The world is divided between people who are open to learning and those who are closed to it, and this trait affects everything from your worldview to your interpersonal relationships. Author and psychology professor Carol S. Dweck explains that mindsets have significant implications, and leaders who display a fixed mindset can set a company up for failure. In contrast, people with growth mindsets believe they can change their personality traits, their abilities can grow, and they are more likely to build on their talent

You! The Positive Force In Change, Eileen Rogers & Nick van Dam

Leveraging insights from Neuroscience and Positive Psychology.

The human brain is wired to resist change. Leadership experts Eileen Rogers and Nick van Dam cite its reaction to change, the "fear factor," as a root cause of organizational and personal failure. A negative state of mind is contagious and breeds inflexibility, but a positive state can help leaders and their employees handle change.  Good leaders harness a consultative, socially and emotionally intelligent approach for better decision making.
